Raw material:

• 1.5 cups butter, softened

• 2 cups granulated sugar

• 4 eggs

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• 2 teaspoons baking soda

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 4 tablespoons poppy seeds

• 1 cup of milk

• Spray cooking oil

Direction:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a Bundt cake pan with cooking oil. Set aside.

2. Using a hand mixer, beat the softened butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat eggs one at a time, adding vanilla extract.

3. In a second bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and poppy seeds.

4. Add the dry mix to the wet mix while stirring. Slowly pour in the milk.

5. Pour batter into greased Bundt cake pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through.
